Below are the steps on how an admin can reset a user's password from the web-app.
Please note: Only Zenput admins can reset the user's passwords.
Once a password is reset for a user, this will automatically log anyone signed in with the previous password out
A new user must accept their invitation before attempting to change their password.

Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Maximum 128 characters
- A password cannot contain consecutive question marks (??) – it will give a "Something went wrong" error for the user
Change password:
- From the dashboard go to 'Users', find the user you whose password you would like to change
- Click 'Edit User'
- From the Edit User window, click on 'Change password'
- Type the new password and click the green 'Change password' button to save your changes.
Resetting password:
- From the dashboard go to 'Users', find the user you whose password you would like to change
- Click 'Edit User'
- From the Edit User window, click on 'Reset password'
- To reset the password, 'Click on reset password'
