How do I access my Franchisor User's Hierarchy in Franchisee URLs?

Currently, a corporate Application User cannot be linked to a Franchisee Hierarchy in the Franchise environment. As a result, they cannot pull consolidated reports within a Franchise Environment, Schedule exports, or view a consolidated dashboard or anything else that requires a user to be linked to a hierarchy.

Solution:

Create a new User in each of the Franchisee Environments or work with BizIQ to create reporting that meets your needs and requirements.
