Why are we missing part or all of our forecasted sales in Net-Chef's Sales Forecasting?
If you don't have a sales forecast for every day of the week, your Projected Data may include weeks with no data for that same day of the week. (This is common for the weeks following a Holiday.)
Even if your forecast shows on the screen, setup and data are required to help populate ideal hours and suggested orders. If you have Sales Forecast Saved and neither of those shows, start with the suggestion from #1 above
Projected Data is set up in the Suggested Order Menu for the Location and is based on a Menu Mix from Posted Post Periods. The data is captured when the Sales Forecast is Saved. Net-Chef does not look for newly posted data unless you change the Historical and Projected data for the week to another option and then change it back. If you do this, using the Apply and Redistribute buttons ensures the latest data has been distributed and updated.
